Patient Participation Group

If you’re a patient at Lyngford Park Surgery, would you like to join our Patients’ Group? It meets four times a year to talk about issues to do with the work of the Surgery. This is especially important at the moment, when so many people are worried about COVID, vaccinations, and if it’s still ok to see a doctor. We’d like to hear from you, so please contact our Patient Group Chair, Mr Sigurd Reimers, by emailing [email protected].

Our ethos is to provide a forum for patients to make suggestions to help the development of the practice, and to help the practice improve patients’ experiences and services.

We are also looking for patients to join a Virtual Patient Group.  If you would be interested in receiving surveys to complete about our services, please contact Mr Reimers on the email address above.

Previous Patient Group minutes:

If you wish to participate please contact the Practice or complete the online form by clicking on the button shown below

We aim to acknowledge your request within a few days.
