  • Please note: The surgery will be CLOSED on Tuesday 17th November between 12:00 and 17:00 for staff training.
  • We politely ask ALL patients to wear a face mask when attending the surgery. If you do not have a mask, you will be asked to rebook your appointment.
  • To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and reduce pressure on your local GP practice during this busy time, appointments will be carried out over the phone, through video consultations or online via our website Engage Consult, unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the practice. This will help minimise the risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.

  • Appointment Cancellation - To cancel an appointment simply text us on 07922037720 leaving your name and date of your appointment or ring our Reception Team on 01823 333355.

  • Please note that the Private Travel Clinic service ceased with effect from 1 June 2017
  • You can also book appointments and order repeat medication online - ask at Reception. We want to offer you more choice and more convenience.
  • The practice offers appointments 5 days a week and up until 8pm on Tuesdays (and some Wednesdays) - Remember, you can book an appointment up to 6 weeks in advance.
  • Out of Hours - NHS 111 - This service is for when you need medical help fast but it is not a 999 emergency.

The NHS App is a new way for patients to connect to the surgery and other NHS services. For example, you can:

  • Check your symptoms using the health A-Z from the NHS website
  • Book and manage appointments at the surgery
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Set or change your pharmacy nomination
  • Register to be an organ donor

Engage Consult

Click here to access Engage Consult. You can use Engage Consult to send a non-urgent medical or admin query to a member of staff. You can send any non-urgent medication queries via Engage Consult for our clinical pharmacist to review. You must create an account to be able to use this service.


Patient Access

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

How to sign-up

You will need a unique ID and password to create an account. Please speak to a member of our reception team next time you are visiting the surgery and they can provide you with this. You will be asked for proof of identity, i.e. a passport, driving licence or proof of address.
