When the doctor has agreed to them, prescriptions may be requested.
We do not usually take prescription requests over the phone, however, during the Coronavirus pandemic we are accepting telephone requests. You can also order your prescriptions by:-
- personal visit to the surgery
- letter or a note to us
- email to somccg.enquiries.lyngfordpark@nhs.net
- through our online access, at the top of the page
- by contacting us online

- through the NHS App - if you do not have Patient Access, the NHS App is the easiest way to request your repeat medication online. For help downloading and using the NHS App, please visit The NHS App.
They will normally be ready to collect on the second working day after we receive the request. If you are registered for Online Access you can follow the link below to order your prescription. If you would like to join online access please ask Reception for joining instructions.
Electronic Prescription Service
We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically.
Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.
You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.
